Sleeve Personalization  ADD ON for Dog Mom: INSTRUCTIONS
To add personalization of pet's name on your cuff/sleeve, it is an additional $5 for up to 3 names and $8 additional for 4-6 names. First do the following THEN select the ADD Pet Personalization.
1. First put your shirt size in the cart.
2. Then click Pet Personalization Page  and add Personalization 1-3 or 4-6.
3. Add the names of your furbaby.
