The Fall Shoe Drop must meet the manufacturer's required production minimum before production can begin. If the required production minimum is not reached by October 9, 2026, the shoe will not move into production and pre-order payments will be refunded.
For orders that move into production, estimated delivery is approximately 8 weeks after the Fall Shoe Drop closes.

Check the chart to measure your foot (width and heel to toe) to ensure that you are selecting the right size. Personally, I always up-size by 1/2 size due to the narrow toe and the heel.
Returns/Exchanges:
Because these are pre-order/made-to-order according to your size, refunds/exchanges will NOT be accepted. Only shoes ordered will be made by the shoe manufacturer. However, you can return to us for store credit - shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.-------------------------
